Wrath of the Druids and Siege of Paris launched last year, while Dawn on Ragnarok released earlier this year. Ubisoft has now announced that the upcoming expansion pack, The Last Chapter will be the final content update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The Last Chapter will launch this December 6 and will bring closure to Eivor’s story and your journey in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The Last Chapter (Title Update 1.6.2) - Content

Ubisoft will introduce the option of being able to keep your hood up all the time with The Last Chapter. Apparently, it is a highly requested feature that the developers have decided to incorporate. However, it should be noted that the hood is only for cosmetic purposes and will not affect the game in any way. Other than this, Ubisoft also added in their blog, that the title update has more surprises in store. We’ll get to know about them once The Last Chapter launches.

However, it is not all positive- Ubisoft has revealed that the New Game + or replayability, another requested feature from the community, will not be introduced to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Additionally, time-limited festival events will no longer be available in Ravensthorpe. Regardless, you can still claim your rewards from past festivals, if you didn’t get a chance to play them. The merchants of England that you’ll come across after the completion of The First Night of Samhain (Glowecestrescire arc) quest, will get you the rewards.

There are however a few requirements for you to be eligible to play The Last Chapter.

You need to have completed the main storyline of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, which will let you pledge to all territories of England. You also need to complete the story arcs of Asgard and Jotunheim. Order of the Ancients targets needs to be cleared including the unveiling of the leader. Additionally, your settlement needs to be upgraded to Level 5, with the Jomsviking barracks constructed.

Once you’ve completed these key objectives of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you’ll be able to access The Last Chapter, which will be a free update, launching this December.
