Epic Games has just started the MEGA Sale on the Epic Games Store. This sale will offer discounts of up to 75% off on games and add-ons (DLCs) for the next three weeks. It comprises discounts and savings on over 1,600 games with the end date scheduled for June 16. The game distribution platform has also added a 25% off coupon to increase the savings for gamers on eligible purchases from the store. Borderlands 3 is free on Epic Games Store

Epic Games is currently offering Borderlands 3 as their latest weekly free giveaway. Borderlands 3 replaced Akrane’s Prey, Jotun: Valhalla Edition, and Redout: Enhanced Edition. These games were available to download from May 12 to 19. Borderlands 3 will be followed by a ‘mystery title’ that Epic Games will reveal next week. The company said that it will provide “four weeks of blockbuster free tentpole games” starting with Borderlands 3 as part of the ongoing Epic Games MEGA Sale. Gamers can also purchase Borderlands: The Handsome Collection for Rs. 749.75 (75 percent off) which includes Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and Borderlands 2.  

Ukrainian development team receives the Epic MegaGrant

Sherlock Holmes developer Frogwares announced on Monday that they have received an Epic MegaGrant from Epic Games. The Ukrainian development team also announced the suspension of their next open-world game’s development. According to Polygon, Frogwares CEO Wael Amr noted that the studio is now developing a different game called Project Palianytsia. The game will provide a “horror and mystery experience” to fans, as per Amr.
