Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Movie Debuts with Shinobu vs Doma Battle

Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle now started playing in cinemas all over Japan. People were waiting a long time for this, and as soon as it came, tickets got sold out very fast. Not much of a surprise though, fans have been waiting to see Shinobu Kocho go into a serious battle. And now that time has come.

Shinobu Faces Doma in Her Most Personal Battle

Until now in anime, Shinobu mostly helped others from behind. She didn’t get so many action scenes before. But this new movie changed that. The latest trailer shows her getting ready to fight Upper Rank Two demon Doma. And she said something that hit deep, “This demon killed my big sister.” You feel that this fight is not just normal, it’s personal.

Doma is not an easy opponent either. He not only turned Daki and Gyutaro into demons, but also stronger than Akaza. He only came for a short time in the show, but already fans know how dangerous he is. Now he's at full power, and Shinobu must face him. She waited long to fight, and now it’s against one of the worst demons out there.

Global Release Set After Japan’s Box Office Success

This film also marks the beginning of final fight against Muzan and his top demons. Each Hashira is going to face their own battle soon, but Shinobu’s is one of the first and most emotional. She is not backing down now.

Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle is already doing big numbers in Japan. But the rest of the world doesn't need to wait much. The movie is coming to other countries very soon. It will release in the USA and Canada on September 12, and be available in Japanese and English. IMAX version is also coming for those who want a bigger experience.

With the long wait finally over, this movie shows a big change in story and Shinobu finally getting her moment on screen.
