Hey, have you heard about 'It Takes Two'? It's this amazing co-op game by Hazelight Studios that snagged the Game of the Year award at the Game Awards 2021. Players absolutely adored the gameplay, but you know what really reeled them in?

Now, while the plot is pretty detailed, and the scriptwriting is top-notch, there are moments when you're just eager to skip those cutscenes and dive right into the puzzles and adventures. Well, guess what? "It Takes Two" has your back! You can actually skip those cutscenes, which is super handy, especially if you're giving the game a second go-around. So, no worries about missing out on the good stuff!

Since "It Takes Two" thrives on its narrative, you can expect your fair share of cutscenes. Now, while these cinematic moments are usually worth savoring, sometimes you're just in the mood to pick up the pace, right? So, here's the lowdown on how to skip those cutscenes and keep the adventure rolling:

When a cutscene starts playing, gear up for action!

1) If you're on Xbox, hold down that trusty B button. For PlayStation, it's the X button. PC players, you're looking at the Q key, and for all you Nintendo Switch fans, press and hold the A button.

2) Keep your eye on the bottom-right corner of the screen. You'll spot a handy circular skip button starting to fill up.

3) Now, keep that button held down until the semicircle completes its journey.

4) Once both those semicircular bars are filled up, voilà! Cutscene skipped, and you're back to the action.

So, when you're itching to dive back into the game and tackle those puzzles, you now know exactly how to make those cutscenes take a backseat. Enjoy your adventure!

"It Takes Two" by Hazelight Studios isn't your run-of-the-mill game; it's a delightful blend of captivating puzzles, playful parkour, and impeccable design. But here's the icing on the cake – the story is an absolute gem.

Meet Cody and May, a couple whose marriage is on the rocks. When they drop the divorce bombshell on their daughter Rose, she does what any kid would do: she runs off and turns to her dolls to escape the chaos. She wishes her parents would just stop fighting. But here's where the magic kicks in – Cody and May find themselves stuck in those dolls' bodies. Now they would have to work as a TEAM to get through this, and get back to their human bodies.

As they journey through this amazing world, they also uncover the roots of their issues (aka marriage issues) but also learn the power of teamwork and rediscover their love for Rose. It's a heartwarming tale that's absolutely essential to the game's charm.

Now, while you have the option to skip cutscenes right from the get-go, I'd say give them a shot at least once. They're like the icing on the cake that makes "It Takes Two" a must-play for everyone. Enjoy the adventure, folks!
