ESports Premier League 2021 announced by India Today Gaming is coming closer. India Today Gaming is the gaming, and eSports division of India Today Group organizing this multi-city tournament over a period of three months. ESPL 2021 is a franchise-based league for the Free Fire teams residing in India. The tournament features a massive prize pool of Rs 25,00,000. ESPL 2021 is a multi-city tournament representing eight cities across the country that includes Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Bangalore.
ESports Premier League 2021 details including rules and format
ESports Premier League (ESPL) is a nationwide eSports tournament first-of-its-kind Free Fire tournament. ESPL will comprise more than 700 online matches with more than 300 hours of gaming content. During this event, top teams from the region will compete for the champions title and prize pool of Rs 25,00,000. The prize pool will be distributed among the top 8 teams of the finals which are scheduled to be held on August 29th, 2021. Individual performing players will also be awarded in ESPL 2021 such as Most Valuable Player and Fan Favorite player.
ESPL 2021 is divided into four phases. An open qualifier is conducted for the teams in phase 1 from which the top 88 teams will qualify for the next round. Phase 2 will be played between the 88 qualified teams and 8 invited teams. After competing in phase 3 top eight teams will qualify for the grand finals. The registration for the Phase 1 group A is going on. With just less than one week left in the commencement of the league, squads are getting ready for the ESPL 2021.
How to register for ESPL 2021
- Open the official India Today Gaming website, click on register now
- A signup form will open. Fill in the information asked in the form
- Verify your account by entering the OTP code for email verification
- Create your gaming profile by adding an in-game name and UID. Now create your team and register for the event.
Note - All players need to register separately. Once each player has registered, the team needs to register after entering the four different player registration IDs. You can invite your family and friends with the help of E-mail.
