Marvel Rivals Update 20250327: Easter Egg Surprise, Hero Fixes, and More

NetEase Games announced a new update for Marvel Rivals to roll out on March 27, 2025, at 09:00 UTC. The update will be implemented without server downtime so that players may proceed with their games uninterrupted. Besides bug fixing and gameplay fixes, the patch includes an April Fool's event and new cosmetic content.

Galacta's Cosmic Adventure and an Easter Egg Surprise

A special seasonal event is being introduced as part of this update. Players who complete all objectives in Galacta's Cosmic Adventure will unlock an undisclosed April Fool’s Easter egg reward. This exclusive item will be available for redemption from April 1, 2025, at 00:00 UTC until April 4, 2025, at 00:00 UTC.

Hero Adjustments and Gameplay Fixes

The patch primarily addresses multiple in-game glitches and performance issues. Notably, Marvel Rivals has made significant adjustments to several heroes:

• Wolverine: A glitch that caused Hulk to behave unpredictably after being knocked into terrain by Wolverine’s Feral Leap has been corrected.
• Iron Fist: A wall-climbing bug in the Practice Range that allowed unintended movements has been resolved.
• Iron Man: A teleportation issue in Sanctum Sanctorum where his Hyper-Velocity ability malfunctioned when used near portals has been fixed.
• Loki-Doctor Strange Interaction: An unintended exploit in Doom Match where Loki could use Doctor Strange’s Pentagram of Farallah has been removed.
• Magneto: Visual inconsistencies during the MVP sequence have been corrected, ensuring a smoother post-match display.
• Human Torch: An issue where his primary attack occasionally failed to register hits has been addressed, ensuring more consistent combat performance.
• Wolverine's Ultimate: Network latency problems that caused misalignment in Last Stand execution have been resolved.

Map and Mode Improvements

• Various terrain-related bugs that caused characters to get stuck in unintended areas have been fixed.
• A glitch on the Hydra Charteris Base map, where Rocket Raccoon’s B.R.B. ability could revive allies beyond the designated play area, has been corrected.

Console-Specific Fixes

Players on console platforms will also benefit from an improvement that prevents unexpected focus shifts within the chat window, making in-game communication more seamless.
