Modern Warfare 3: Everything you can look forward to in Season 3

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's season three is gearing up to be a real game-changer. With the road map and fresh content just unveiled, it's clear that players are in for a treat.

One of the major highlights is the comeback of Capture the Flag, adding a whole new layer of excitement to the gameplay. But that's not all – there are also new modes on the horizon, plus some familiar favorites making a return. Fans can look forward to wielding iconic weapons from Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, such as the deadly MORS sniper rifle and the powerhouse BAL-27 assault rifle.

Six brand new six-vs-six maps are making their debut in the mix: 6 Star, Emergency, Grime, a revamped version of Vanguard titled Growhouse, a slice of Vondel dubbed Tanked, and a section of Rebirth Island known as Checkpoint.

In addition to the return of Capture the Flag, players can dive into other exciting modes like One in the Chamber, Minefield, Escort, and Vortex – the latter being the inspiration for a current event happening in MW3 multiplayer. And let's not forget about the new ranked season, packed with fresh rewards to unlock and plenty more to explore.

In addition to the Advanced Warfare arsenal, season three is introducing the FJX Horus SMG and Gladiator melee weapon. Plus, gear up for eight fresh Aftermarket Parts, with enhancements for favorites like the M4, Bruen MK9, BP50, M16, and KV Broadside.

Operator bundles are also getting a makeover this season, featuring inspirations ranging from Godzilla x Kong to Snoop Dogg, and even Cheech and Chong. Get ready for some seriously eclectic multiplayer action!

Launching next week on April 3, season three is bringing new thrills to MW3 Zombies mode and Warzone. And don't forget, all the goodies in the battle pass can be unlocked in Warzone Mobile too, thanks to the magic of cross-progression.
