The Roster: 181 Fighters Ready to Rumble

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is going to be the hottest game in town by bringing with it a humongous roster of 181 characters. Of course, you will have Frieza, Vegeta, Trunks, and a few deeper cuts from the series in Dr. Wheelo, Garlic Jr., and Tapion to be played. Characters from Dragon Ball GT, such as Baby Vegeta, Pan, and Syn Shenron, are also included.

There's an abundance of action throughout the single-player mode, so you'd expect the game to have a big campaign. It does this with iconic moments throughout the series and some very wild "What If" moments for fans to delve into.

Game Size: How Much Space Do You Need?

Have been keeping it back from storage panic? No worries here - Sparking Zero won't hog too much space. Here's the breakdown:

  • PS5: 27.5 GB
  • Steam: 29 GB
  • Xbox Series X/S: 31.9 GB

That is relatively compact compared to other fighting games like Tekken 8 or Mortal Kombat 1.

Gameplay Features: Arena Battles and the Sparking Gauge

This iteration for mobile definitely stays true to its roots by featuring arena-based combat, the destruction of environments, and it's in third-person. Additionally, every one of these characters comes equipped with their signature moves and transformations, but the one thing that really adds spice to the fight is the Sparking Gauge. When your Ki is totally charged, you really unleash some of the most powerful moves you've ever seen, so battles really become all the more intense! In fact, you get 164 fighters, such as Goku, Vegeta, Tien, Mr. Satan, and so many others. There's a lot of stuff to do in here.
