How to get Alohomora in Hogwarts Legacy
You need to complete the main story quest “The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament”. Roughly, it should take you anywhere between three to five hours to reach this point of the story. It depends on your pace of progress of course.
When this quest is unlocked, head straight to Gladwin Moon, the caretaker. You’ll find them near the Grand Staircase’s floo flame. Start the quest and it will have you locate Demiguise moons and remove the statues since Gladwin Moon is apparently scared of them. Moon will teach you how to use Alohomora in Hogwarts Legacy so that you can get into the faculty tower in order to collect a few Demiguise moons.
How to unlock locks in Hogwarts Legacy
Hogwarts Legacy’s lockpicking minigame is pretty standard. Players have to rotate the green and red lights until their respective gears start spinning. A quick pro tip: The correct spot will only be at the cardinal and intercardinal positions or at every 45 degrees.
How to unlock level two and level three locks
Learning Alohomora is enough to unlock doors with level one locks. To puck level two and three locks, you need to find Demiguise statues and collect more Demiguise moons.
Another pro tip: Demiguise moons can only be collected at night, so make sure you set to find them at night.
