Parent company of Rockstar Games Take-Two Hints at Exciting Times for GTA 6 Ahead in Recent Earnings Call

Recently, on August 8, 2024 Take-Two the parent company of Rockstar Games Interactive took center stage during their Q1 2024 earnings call. However, there was a buzz in the air regarding something very special.

Gamers have been waiting patiently for any update and whispering about elusive Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6), but Rockstar Games is using its full potential to keep everything secret. Nevertheless, there has been no official announcement which is making it hard for gamers and fans to keep calm.

Take-Two's revelation about GTA 6

But interestingly, the recent meet of Take Two's earning call again pumped up the fuel of speculation of GTA 6's release-related stuff. During the Take-Two meet, they tossed their cards on the table, predicting a dazzling trajectory for 2024 and beyond. The GTA 6 is known to be the most robust pipeline in Rockstar Gaming's history.

The first person who spoke about the GTA 6 was none other than Take-Two's CEO, Strauss Zelnick, he hinted at a convergence of their business strategy with something monumental on the horizon.

However, there is one more thing that's interesting is Zelnick's previous mention of fiscal 2025 setting "new standards in our industry" – a phrase that's strikingly familiar to those who've eagerly been awaiting the return to Vice City.

With this GTA 6-related stuff Zelnick also spoke about Take-Two's future plan for eyeing on net bookings range of $5.45 to $5.55 billion for fiscal year 2024. Could the dots be finally connecting for an imminent GTA 6 revelation?

There was also one tweet that made fans crazy, as it reads, Take-Two will experience a "significant inflection point" and "record levels" of performance in fiscal 2025 (April 2024 - March 2025), reiterates CEO Strauss Zelnick. Almost assuredly Grand Theft Auto 6. "

The previous year, there was a shockwave that went through the entire GTA community as it showed a glimpse of Vice City's return in GTA 6. There were other speculations too which showed who the main character can be in the game.
