Forspoken PC System Requirements revealed- NVIDIA RTX 4080 16 GB recommended to run game at 2060p, 30FPS

Square Enix and Luminous Productions is gearing up for the launch of Forspoken on PlayStation 5 and PC this January. Here are all the latest updates announced on Forspoken.

Forspoken is less than a month away from release, and it continues to revel in the controversial tide that it was riding. Luminous Productions and Square Enix have just revealed the system requirements for this “technological marvel” of a game. The audience is now busy rethinking where and how they’ll get to play Forspoken. That’s not all, Milady Confetti, a Twitch streamer has revealed some details from her interaction with the creators which is worth noting. Here’s more about these developments on Forspoken.

Forspoken System Requirements for PC revealed

As per the latest update from Forspoken developers at Luminous Productions, the game will require a minimum of 16GB RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 1060  (6GB VRAM). That is to run the game at the lowest preset of 720 p and 30FPS. Usually such requirements are recommended to run most of the recent games at 1080p, 30 FPS. And to be able to run the game at 1440p, 30 FPS, a whopping 24 GB of RAM is required, supported by a minimum of NVIDIA RTX 3070 (8GB VRAM). With such requirements, we are left wondering how taxing the game really is on our systems.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 has been recommended, rather required to run the game at 2160p, 60 FPS. The RTX 4080 was launched only last year in November, with more laptops announced earlier this month at the CES 2023. And already, game developers are keeping the GPU as a bar to be able to play Forspoken with the best experience.

Twitch streamer Milady Confetti says she won't support Forspoken

In other news, a Twitch streamer by the name of Milady Confetti has revealed some disturbing details about the Forspoken creators. Milady Confetti has shared her account of her interaction with the creators who approached her for some Forspoken exclusive content. Apparently she was offered 70% lesser than the value that she had quoted to make the deal happen. She also pointed out how the writers that she interacted with did not have one “black” person amongst their midst. That’s despite the fact that the game itself has a “black woman” as the protagonist. She has finally announced that she won’t be supporting Forspoken any longer being a black person herself.

That’s the latest dirt now doing the rounds. Forspoken is a game which had its own time as a meme, and a source of cringe content. And now this. It is now to see how low key can the game stay (for all the wrong reasons) right ahead of its launch this January 24th.
