This campaign is meant to encourage the participation of female gamers and streamers in India. game.tv wants to amplify the participation of female gamers to increase the segment of female gamers. In addition, the company also hosted a women-only virtual panel discussion with some notable names in the eSports space on March 6 called “Women in Gaming: Growing Stronger”. It also announced, “a special season” of the “Divas Scrim Wars” tournament along with information regarding the price pool. The platform also shared a schedule about the casting auditions meant for female streamers and gamers. Lucky gamers will get a chance to feature in the upcoming season of Divas Scrim Wars. The company has already shared the list of the selected streamer on March 7, 2021. For some context, Divas Scrim Wars is a community-based tournament on the platform. The platform created this tournament to engage with the increasing female gaming community. game.tv also reaffirmed that it is committed to growing the female gamer segment in the market. This tournament is currently holding its 32nd Season with finals scheduled for today, March 8. Winners have a chance to take home a prize pool worth Rs 50,000.

CEO of game.tv, Rosen Sharma also issued a statement as part of the announcements.
