How long does it take to complete Hogwarts Legacy Main Story?

There are 11 main chapters in the story, including the prologue and the post-story content. This includes 48 main story quests. Of course some quests take longer than some others. However, the main story takes about 30-36 hours to complete. That is given that even if you strictly stick to completing only the main quests, some of them will require prerequisites for which you need to move on to some of the side quests as well.

For example you will be required to complete certain assignments, learn certain spells that you can only obtain from specific side quests, and the like. Sometimes even suggested levels are a requirement to unlock main quests that may be an obstacle for you. And if not anything else, you won’t be able to unlock the final chapter which includes “Weasley’s Watchful Eye” and “The House Cup”. They require you to be at least level 34, again a major feat to achieve possible only by completing the majority of the game. This will naturally require you to complete not just as many side quests as possible, but to also collect field guide pages. Regardless, the game in its entirety, reportedy takes about 70 hours to complete.
