Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 players have re-discovered the importance of the ghillie suit in the DMZ mode. A TikToker ON1C has successfully drawn the attention of Call of Duty fans to the ghillie suit, which you need to buy in Warzone 2.0. Netizens now claim that this is a “pay-to-win” strategy that was hidden in Warzone 2.0’s DMZ mode. Here’s everything you need to know about these developments.

ON1C claims to have successfully ambushed a team and taken them down in the DMZ mode. He credits the ghillie suit which helped him get unnoticed as he lurked behind the team. ON1C went on to call the ghillie suit “overpowered” which sparked a debate online. 

Regardless, the ghillie suit, much like a number of other Operator suits, is available only behind a paywall. It comes as a part of bundles like Overgrown, Overgrown 2, VII: Sloth or Raid. The TikToker ON1C thus used the phrase “pay-to-win” to describe the suit, and fans think this a new “pay-to-win” tactic that they “discovered” in the game.

The DMZ mode of Warzone 2.0 is anyway pretty grueling, leading fans to look out for workarounds, and different ways to win.
