Rumor has it that Fortnite might be preparing to add another iconic Spider-Man character to its Chapter 5 Season 4 lineup! This season has been filled with Marvel magic, featuring characters like War Machine, Gwenpool, and Mysterio. We've also seen the arrival of some new skins, including Iron Spider and the quirky Meowtooth. But now, the rumor mill suggests that the Marvel collaborations could extend even further with the possible arrival of Anti-Venom!
How Does Anti-Venom Fit into the Fortnite Universe?
The buzz comes from a data leak by @FGLeaksAndInfo on X, revealing that Spider-Man, Spider-Gwen, Venom, and Anti-Venom skins are set to arrive in Fall Guys as part of update 11.2.
Given that both Fall Guys and Fortnite are under the umbrella of Epic Games, it's highly possible that these skins could cross over between the two games. While most of these skins have already appeared in Fortnite, Anti-Venom hasn’t yet made an appearance.
Why Anti-Venom Could Make the Cut
Anti-Venom, who first debuted in Spider-Man comics in 2008, seems like a perfect fit for Fortnite's current Marvel-focused season. Given Epic’s relationship with Marvel and the recurring Spider-Man collaborations, it's not too far-fetched to think we might see Anti-Venom joining the Fortnite roster soon.
What About the Other Spider-Man Skins?
While there’s excitement around Anti-Venom, it’s worth noting that Spider-Man and Spider-Gwen are unlikely to return, as both were part of previous Battle Passes. Unfortunately, that means they can't be added to the Item Shop. However, Venom is another possibility since he hasn't been available for purchase in over a year, and his return could be imminent.
