Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 is off to an electrifying start, thanks to the latest Marvel-themed battle pass and the chaotic reign of supervillain Doctor Doom. Players are loving the Marvel takeover, where Doctor Doom’s evil schemes spread across the island, adding an exciting layer of strategy to the game.
Despite the nerf to superpowered items, players are still using them to battle enemies like the Doombot boss and waves of Mysterio mirages. Whether you're chasing that battle royale victory or just soaking in the new map transformations, there's plenty to keep everyone engaged.
The Marvel Hype Continues
The Marvel theme has got players rummaging through their lockers for comic book-inspired skins. This is great news for Fortnite, as many of those cosmetics are still up for grabs, and for players who nabbed the battle pass. Even better? The game is set to introduce Doom himself as a playable skin. Note that this Doom is different from Doctor Doom (released back in Chapter 23, Season 4). You can unlock the Doom skin by completing Secret Skin quests, set to drop soon.
Bonus Rewards and Fresh Super Styles
On top of the Doom skin, new tiers of the Bonus Rewards tab are about to unlock. For those who've already powered through the season’s Battle Pass, this means more fresh super styles to strive for. Doom’s own super style will get its own special tab too.

When Can You Unlock Doom?
Mark your calendars! The Fortnite Doctor Doom skin will make its grand debut in the Battle Pass tab on Thursday, September 5. It’s expected to drop at the usual item shop refresh times:
- 1pm BST
- 5:30pm IST
- 10pm ACT
- 8am EDT
- 5am PDT
To access the quests needed to unlock Doom, you’ll need to purchase the Battle Pass for 950 V-Bucks, or snag it for free by subscribing to Fortnite Crew. If you’ve already bought the Battle Pass, Fortnite Crew will refund the cost.

Once the quests drop alongside the other upcoming cosmetics, you’ll want to dive right in to unlock Doom and his super styles. Stay sharp and be ready for action—those secret skin quests won’t complete themselves!
