Honkai Star Rail Upcoming New Character Hyacine Banner Preview : Release Date, 4-Stars, and Light Cones

Hyacine is an upcoming 5-star character expected to be introduced in Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.3. She is affiliated with the Wind element and follows the Path of Remembrance. Her design and kit suggest a strong emphasis on crowd control and team support. The exact release date is not yet confirmed, but Version 3.3 is likely to launch in late June 2025, based on the game’s usual update schedule.

 

 

Abilities

Hyacine’s abilities are expected to scale with her Speed stat. This design promotes synergy with fast-paced team compositions. She is rumored to provide healing to allies while also applying debuffs or control effects to enemies. Unconfirmed leaks suggest she may even include a unique revival mechanic in her skill set, which would allow fallen allies to return to battle. If true, this would add a rare and powerful layer of utility to her role.

Signature Weapon

Her signature 5-star Light Cone, May Rainbows Remain in the Sky, is tailored to her kit. It increases the wearer’s Speed by 18% and enables additional effects based on the team’s HP. When Hyacine uses a Basic Attack, Skill, or Ultimate, she consumes 1% of each ally’s current HP. In return, her memosprite deals bonus damage equal to 250% of the total HP consumed. Furthermore, when the memosprite uses its Skill, enemies take 18% more damage for two turns.

The identities of the 4-star characters featured alongside Hyacine in her banner remain undisclosed. HoYoverse is expected to release this information closer to launch.
