Insomniac dropped a big update with Spider-Man 2's game teaser and the glimpse of special edition PS5

Every 90's kid remembers how they grew up watching Spider-Man. From watching the MCU movies to now watching on online platforms we have evolved a lot. However, now the MCU experience is not only limited to the movies. 

Thanks to the developers of Insomniac Games, our generation got to witness Spider-Man. The game turned out to be one of the most successful movie or comic-adapted games. Meanwhile, the upcoming installment of the game Spider-Man is still in the making. 

Another update or just a leak? 

NO, the news of this fresh update has been confirmed by the officials. Insomniac games came in the light with this super update and made their fans frenzy. According to the update, the next Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is going to feature old locations adapted from the series. The classy location going to be featured in the form of Spider's Aunt May's house. 

This particular news came from the 2023 San Diego Comic-Con panel. Their developers also shared more updates regarding Spider-Man 2 and other info and details about Venom. There have been lots of rumors and teasers regarding the upcoming Spider-Man game, however now the developers Insomniac is showing transparency. 

Also, as the developers Insomniac is bombarding new updates and other things for the fans and players, they also shared a teaser of the Special editor of PlayStation of Spider-Man.

Spider-Man 2 special PlayStation 

While tweeting from the official Twitter handle, PlayStation wrote, "Marvel’s Spider-Man 2: new story trailer, first details on Venom, and more revealed by Insomniac at San Diego Comic Con." With this they also shared a glimpse of PlayStation 5 special and limited edition. 

It contains a console and a custom console covered with a matching Dual Sense controller. This precious piece was just announced after the launch of the trailer of the game.  The pre-order sale will start on 28 July, while the PS5 is going to launch on September 1. Meanwhile, the game Spider-Man 2 is going to roll out on October 20 for players. 

For further details, PlayStation penned something on their blog post. “Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be featured on custom PlayStation 5 hardware. The PS5 console – Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Bundle has a custom PS5 console cover design with the symbiote closing in on our white spider icon. Additionally, a matching DualSense wireless controller is included, which again shows the symbiote threat creeping across the entire controller.”
