Krafton announces PUBG Nations Cup for September this year

The PUBG Nations Cup (PNC) 2023 is returning to Seoul, South Korea, the same city that hosted the first edition of the tournament.

Krafton, the South Korean gaming developer, has announced the details of the upcoming PUBG Nations Cup. The highly The PUBG Nations Cup (PNC) 2023 is returning to Seoul, South Korea, the same city that hosted the first edition of the tournament. The tournament will be held between September 15 and September 17, featuring 16 countries from different parts of the world. During the three days, a total of 18 matches will be played, in which teams will fight to be the top team in the points table.

The PUBG Nations Cup is PUBG Esports' solitary event where the current all-star players will represent their respective countries. The third edition of the tournament will feature a massive prize pool of $300,000. The prize pool compared to the previous editions of the tournament has been reduced by $200,000.

The details regarding the venue and tickets will be revealed in the future by PUBG Esports officials. Additionally, the officials will also host on-site events where fans can participate in different fun activities. The previous edition of the PUBG Nations Cup was held in Bangkok, where the United Kingdom emerged as the champion. The team from the UK grabbed a massive chunk of $100,000 from the prize pool. On the other hand, Vietnam and Brazil were the first and second runners-up in the esteemed tournament, respectively.

As of now, PUBG Esports officials have only revealed the list of 16 countries participating in the tournament. Further details regarding players will be revealed in the future by the officials. It is important to note that a team from India will also play in the 2023 edition of the PUBG Nations Cup (PNC).
