The upcoming League Patch 13.11, set to be released next week, focuses on champion adjustments and item changes, particularly for bot lane picks.

Riot Games developers have planned around 23 buffs, nerfs, and adjustments for this patch. One of the most anticipated changes is the rework of Rell, aimed at making her a more impactful playmaking champion. Additionally, several champions such as Aurelion Sol, Jinx, Aphelios, and Amumu will receive nerfs, while Azir, Akali, and Twisted Fate, among others, will receive buffs.

Regarding the ADC role, the developers acknowledged the difficulty in assessing their initial strength due to various builds and emphasized the need for further adjustments, specifically mentioning Galeforce and Stormrazer.
In other news, League of Legends enthusiasts will be pleased to know that custom skins for the reigning world champions DRX will finally be available in the store in June.

The release date for League Patch 13.11 has been slightly delayed, and it is scheduled to be deployed on Thursday, June 1, according to Riot's patch schedule. Players across different regions can expect downtime before the patch goes live, with specific rollout times mentioned for various major League servers.
One highly anticipated change in this patch is the long-awaited rework of Rell, known as the Iron Maiden, which aims to enhance her team fight initiation capabilities and explore her potential as a jungle.

Following the extensive item changes in League Patch 13.10, the developers are now addressing outliers through midseason follow-up tweaks. This includes buffs for items such as Duskblade, Kraken Slayer, Moonstone Renewer, Navori Quickblades, and Statikk Shiv. On the other hand, items like Ardent Censer, Echoes of Helia, Galeforce, Youmuu's Ghostblade, and Stormrazer will receive adjustments. Additionally, several champions, including Akali, Aurelion Sol, Ivern, Kalista, Rek'Sai, Renekton, Twisted Fate, Azir, Amumu, Aphelios, Kog'Maw, and Jinx, will change.

Finally, six months after their remarkable performance at the 2022 World Championship, the DRX roster will have their personalized League skins available for purchase. The skin line-up includes Aatrox, Akali, Ashe, Caitlyn, Kindred, and Maokai, with Aatrox receiving a Prestige variant.
Here is a list of the new skins introduced in this patch:

  • DRX Aatrox (1,350 RP)
  • DRX Akali (1,350 RP)
  • DRX Ashe (1,350 RP)
  • DRX Caitlyn (1,350 RP)
  • DRX Kindred (1,350 RP)
  • DRX Maokai (1,350 RP)
  • Prestige DRX Aatrox (125 Mythic Essence)
