mini Steps down from the position of head of Fnatic's Valorant Roster

Jacob ‘mini’ Harris, the head coach of Valorant's Fnatic has stepped down from the position due to some personal reasons. Fnatic took to Twitter to announce this news, The organization mentioned Mini made this decision to bring mandatory work-life balance. Here's the complete statement:

’ Harris has made the personal decision to step down from the Head Coach position.

This decision has come after careful consideration from Mini to explore options for a better work-life balance and is one we wish to support in full. While we are in active discussions with Mini to potentially look at a new role within the coaching team, we must also look outward in the pursuit of finding top talent to step into the role of Head Coach.

mini's decision to step down from the position of head coach came as a massive shocker as the team was winning back-to-back major titles including VCT LOCK//IN and VCT Masters Tokyo under his mentorship. However, a similar performance didn't happen in Valorant Champions 2023 as Fnatic finished in the fourth position in the overall standings. 

Mini’s farewell ends an era for Fnatic. The Brit was the head coach of SUMN FC, the team Fnatic acquired in 2021. Now, only Boaster remains on the roster.
