Overwatch 2 bug is teleporting Kiriko to random places on the map 

A new bug has been detected in Blizzard Entertainment's Overwatch 2, a first-person shooter game. When teleporting to Echo, the bug causes Kiriko to return to spawn. Since Kiriko has a high pick rate in matches, this glitch is annoying many players, especially because Overwatch 2 is a game plagued by numerous bugs. 

As reported by PCGamesN, the bug occurs when Kiriko uses her Swift Step ability to teleport to a friendly character who is changing hero. Kiriko is one of the first heroes in Overwatch 2, and she has remained a fan favorite ever since.

Kiriko has various abilities, one of which is Swift Step, which allows her to teleport quickly to nearby teammates.

Vegetable-Depth 28-1, a Reddit user, recently stated in a Reddit post that the gamers have been experiencing problems with the Swift Step ability.

 

 

Kiriko, who used Duplicate to copy D.Va's mech, attempted to heal Echo, as shown in the video. Kiriko used her Swift Step ability to teleport to Echo and throw her Protection Suzu because the healing wasn't enough. Kiriko, on the other hand, landed in her spawn.

The bug has been discussed in the comments section by players. The gamers have given a number of explanations regarding why the issue occurred. “I think because she was in hero select part of her ultimate it teleported you to the map origin. This happens when you tele to someone in hero select in spawn too”,  a Reddit user commented.

Not only this one Reddit user but this bug has been faced by several other Overwatch 2 players. Not only Kiriko being teleported to some other place, she is also been thrown out of the map entirely resulting in the character dying. Players have been waiting for Blizzard to fix the issue. Until then, be careful when teleporting to Echo in the game while playing Kiriko.
