Riot reveals Valorant Champions ticket prices, leaving fans in shock

The Valorant community is in a major shock after watching the price tags of tickets for Valorant Champions 2023. On June 16, Riot Games, the developer, and publisher of the FPS title revealed the ticket prices of the event. The tickets will go on sale from June 22 on the official website and other portal shared mentioned by the publisher. 

VCT Tokyo is currently in its final stages and fans have been eagerly waiting for the biggest Valorant tournament "Valorant Champions 2023". Soon after Riot shared the pricing details of the event, the Valorant community expressed its discomfort saying that it would cost hefty on their pockets. The ticket prices for the group stage have been kept at reasonable prices which range between $40 to $60 depending on Tiers. However, things change drastically when the tournament moves towards its further stages.

As one can see, the pricing for the Upper and Lower Bracket format goes to $220 which would be hefty for the fans willing to watch the tournament live from the venue. While a large number of fans have expressed their concern about ticket pricing, some people have defended it considering the stature of the tournament.

Valorant Champions 2023 is expected to begin on August 6 and will last three weeks before concluding on August 26. The event will take place in Los Angeles, California. The first phase of Valorant Champions 2023 will take place in Shrine Expo Hall from August 6 to 20, while the second phase will take place at the KIA Forum.
