11 Bit Studios is the developer and publisher of The Alters, an upcoming single-player, science fiction survival game that will be released on June 13, 2025. The title will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PCs, with day-one release being available to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass subscribers.

In The Alters, players assume the role of Jan Dolski, a space miner stranded on a hostile planet. To survive, Jan must create alternate versions of himself—known as "Alters"—each possessing unique skills and personalities derived from different life choices. These Alters assist in managing a mobile, wheel-shaped base that must continuously move to avoid lethal solar radiation. The game incorporates survival, base-building, and exploration elements, where players need to collect resources, develop their base, and make tactical choices within limited time.
