Lawrence Sullivan, aka the Florida Joker Man, is back with more demands for Rockstar Games, claiming they used his likeness in the Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer.

In his latest video, he's asking for an "extra million dollars" for a character that looks like him with purple hair and a prison jumpsuit. After the Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer dropped, Sullivan took to social media, insisting that one character, with distinct facial tattoos and the words "IMPERTINENT" on the forehead, is a spitting image of him. Now, in a fresh demand, Sullivan wants Rockstar Games to respond, but this time with a twist in appearance.

In a new TikTok video, Sullivan is back with fresh demands about his likeness allegedly being featured in the Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer. Rocking an orange prison jumpsuit and vibrant purple hair, he's doubling down on his claim and demanding an extra million dollars. He points out the lack of contact from Rockstar Games and highlights the "free marketing" he's providing by creating a buzz around "gta 6 joker" on YouTube. Sullivan challenges Rockstar to find someone else in Florida who resembles the character from the trailer, ending the video with a legal ultimatum, giving them "three days" to respond before his lawyers get involved.

Sullivan brings up the Lindsay Lohan case involving Grand Theft Auto 5, where Lohan claimed Rockstar used her likeness without permission. Rockstar emerged victorious in that legal battle, with the New York Court of Appeals dismissing Lohan's claims in 2018. Sullivan's recent demands echo this past legal dispute. Actor Roger Clark chimed in, suggesting that Rockstar is well-versed in legal matters and understands the boundaries of what it can and cannot do. The gaming giant seems to be "lawyered up" and ready for any legal challenges.

It looks like Sullivan's attempt to get a piece of Rockstar Games might be a long shot. Legal battles can be a tricky game, and given Rockstar's track record, it's like trying to beat a high score on expert mode. Even with all the TikTok drama, if Rockstar decides to play the parody card, Sullivan's claims might end up in the gaming archives. Win or lose, Rockstar's been around the block, and this legal dance might just be another routine for them.
