Ahead of BMPS 2025 Grand Finals, EWC 2025 Confirms Slot for Winner

It had been speculated for a long time that the BMPS 2025 winner would get a slot at the upcoming Esports World Cup 2025. In a press release, the Esports World Cup Foundation confirmed this and stated that the Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series (BMPS 2025) winners will have the opportunity to compete against teams participating in the PUBG Mobile EWC 2025. 

It is worth noting that this is the first time since the second unban that Indian teams will be playing against global teams. And the stakes at BMPS 2025 are just very high. Not only does the tournament have a prize pool of Rs 4,00,00,000, but it also ensures a place in the "to be announced" slot.

Mike McCabe, Chief Operating Officer of the Esports World Cup Foundation, said that the EWCF sees India as a huge market for esports, and extending their support to Indian Esports would mean "investing in regions driving the future of the industry."

Through expanded partnerships and competitive pathways, we’re shaping the future of Indian esports, empowering its players and Clubs to compete at the highest level at EWC, bringing the best of the Esports World Cup to the country,” he added.

Now, S8UL Esports is already a part of the Club partner program, and this announcement has taken place. Interestingly, they haven't stopped there. EWCF will also be partnering with a leading broadcast partner, which will allow fans to access and enjoy esports action like never before. 

Once EWC 2025 starts, you will get to see 2,000 elite players and 200 organisations from over 100 countries take part in the 25 tournaments across 24 games. The competition has a massive $70+ million prize pool, and the action will begin soon.

BMPS 2025 Grand Finals Details

After the announcement of EWC x BGMI, the teams will not only fight for the lion's share of Rs 4 crore, but will also be fighting in the three-day BMPS 2025 Grand Finals for this slot. 16 teams have made it to the grand finals will take place from July 4-6 in Delhi. The tickets for the competition are already live, and the audience will also be able to catch the live action.
