All Marvel Rivals Custom Color Skins and How to get them

Marvel Rivals just levelled up its style game. NetEase Games has introduced a sleek new way to personalise your favourite heroes: Chroma Skins, alternate colour variations that add a bold, vibrant twist to existing costumes. These premium cosmetics let you stand out on the battlefield while keeping your hero’s core identity intact. Whether you're giving Magik a punk-inspired glow or unleashing a blood-red Winter Soldier, Chroma Skins bring fresh flair with dynamic visuals and animations, all layered on top of the base skin you already own.

Marvel Rivals Custom Color Skins: What Are Chroma Skins?

On April 17th, NetEase Games added Customised Colour Costumes in the game.

Chroma Skins are alternate colour variants of existing premium skins. Though fans hoped for free customisation options, Chroma Skins require both the base skin and 600 Unstable Molecules to unlock. These Molecules are a new in-game currency, convertible 1:1 from either Units or Lattice.

Currently, four Chroma Skins are available:

• Luna Snow – Plasma Pulse Mirae 2099.
• Magik – Rosy Resilience Punkchild.
• Psylocke – Phantom Purple Vengeance.
• Winter Soldier – Winter’s Wrath Blood Soldier.
   

Each skin offers enhanced visuals, colour palettes, and subtle animation tweaks.

How to Unlock a Chroma Skin

Unlocking a Chroma Skin requires you to initially own the base skin counterpart, either as an individual buy or as part of a hero bundle. If you possess the original skin, go to the Store menu or Hero Profile menu in-game and purchase the Chroma variant with 600 Unstable Molecules. The molecules can be obtained by converting Units or Lattice in a 1:1 exchange. The Chroma Skin is then attached to your current costume, allowing you to access the new colourway and any visual changes it brings.

Luna Snow

• Chroma Add-on: +600 Unstable Molecules.
   

Magik

• Base Skin: 2000 Units.

• Bundle: 2200 Units.

• Base Skin: 1400 Units.

Winter Soldier

• Base Skin: 1400 Units.

• Bundle: 1600 Units.

• Chroma Add-on: +600 Unstable Molecules.
   

How to Equip Your Chroma Look

Once unlocked, go to your Hero Profile, select the base skin, click Customise, and choose your new Chroma colour variant. You can preview animations, emotes, and MVP intros before equipping.
