BEASTARS Final Season Part 2 Confirmed for 2026 on Netflix

Netflix Anime had a big moment at Anime Expo 2025, sharing many updates, but for BEASTARS fans, the biggest news of all was for them. The Final Season Part 2 is now set for 2026. They also shared one new key visual which looked quite intense and emotional. People already start guessing what is going to happen in the end.

This anime is from Studio Orange again, who is famous for their 3D animation that looks real clean and full of feels. Director Shinichi Matsumi is also coming back, just like before. He really know how to tell this story well. The show always talked about deep things, like rules in society, who you really are, and how people see you. It’s not just some animal show. It’s more deeper than it looks at first.

The Story Is Filled With Many Challenges

When BEASTARS first came in 2019, many thought it strange. But slowly, people liked it. The world has carnivores and herbivores living together, but it’s full of tension. Legoshi the wolf is not a normal main character. He’s shy, kind, but also fighting inner beast. Haru, the rabbit, is brave but fragile. They both walk different roads, but keep meeting again.

Second season came in 2021, then final season part 1 arrived in 2024. Since then, fans have been waiting for update. Finally, they say part 2 is coming next year, in 2026. So the ending is getting closer.

At the Netflix panel, they also showed SANDA, another anime from the same creator, Paru Itagaki. Not much info yet, but it’s clear Netflix is interested in making more of her work into anime. 

Now that we know when BEASTARS is going to end, fans can start preparing for goodbye. Even though the final part is still far, at least we know it’s coming. And knowing that, maybe the wait feels a little easier.
