In a realme event held in Delhi, Krafton India Esports had talked about the inclusion of BGIS 2025 crates, whose sale would contribute towards the existing BGIS 2025 prize pool of ₹2,00,00,000. The crates had then become a part of the game and the players were given enough time to buy them.
One had anticipated that the sale could add about ₹ 50 lakh or something to the prize pool. But now that Krafton India has revealed the increased value, things seem to have gotten more intense, and the stakes look higher than usual.

The hype around BGIS 2025 finals has only increased in the last few weeks since both fan favourite teams, Team Soul and GodLike Esports, have made it to the finals of the competition. The fans have been waiting for this day for a long time, and from April 25 to 27, 2025, Kolkata will witness the intense battle between the top 16 teams.

BGIS 2025 Finals Prize Pool Revised
Krafton has now revealed the new prize pool of the event, which is ₹ 3,20,00,000. This is an increase of ₹ 1,20,00,000.
Karan Pathak, Associate Director- Esports, KRAFTON India said, “BGIS 2025 isn’t just a tournament — it’s a celebration of how far Indian Esports has come. The 60% prize pool boost, including ₹ 1.2 crore allocated to the Top 32 teams, is our way of giving back to the competitive community and encouraging more players to push their limits. From record-breaking participation to incredible viewership, it’s clear that India’s Esports landscape is thriving, and we’re excited to see the energy build as we head into the Grand Finals.”
Interestingly, this additional prize will be distributed amongst the top 32 teams that were a part of the earlier rounds of BGIS 2025.
