The BGIS 2025 tournament is structured into multiple phases, ensuring a rigorous selection of the best teams. The key dates for the competition are as follows:

• In-Game Qualifiers: January 25 – February 2 (Completed)
• Round 1: February 16-23 (1,016 teams)
• The Grind (Weeks 1-4): February 5-23 (Feeds into later rounds)
• Round 2: February 27 – March 2
• Round 3: March 6-9
• Round 4: March 13-16
• Quarterfinals: March 20-23
• Wild Card Stage: March 24-27
• Semifinals (Weeks 1 & 2): March 29 – April 1 & April 3-6
• Grand Finals: April 25-27 (Top 16 teams)

The Grand Finals will see the top 16 teams competing for the BGIS 2025 championship title. The final stage of the tournament will take place offline in Kolkata.
