Black Ops 6 Season 3: Upcoming New Zombies Map & Everything You Need To Know

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is expanding its Zombies mode once again, with a new map, Shattered Veil, set to debut in Season 3 on April 3, 2025. Treyarch Studios confirmed the update through a teaser post, following a series of images hinting at its release.

Since launch, Black Ops 6 has introduced four Zombies maps, with The Tomb arriving in Season 2. Shattered Veil marks the fifth addition, continuing Treyarch’s momentum of rapid content drops for the game’s undead survival mode.

The new teaser, shared on March 11, prominently featured the Shattered Veil title against a blurred background, with “Season 3” confirming its upcoming arrival. The teaser also showcased elements of the map’s setting, Edward Richter’s Liberty Falls mansion, suggesting a unique narrative tied to the game’s Dark Aether storyline.

New Perks, Weapons, and Enemies?

Leaked details and Treyarch’s recent hints suggest that Shattered Veil will introduce classic Perk-a-Colas such as:

• Double Tap

• Mule Kick

• Tombstone

Additionally, a new Ammo Mod, Shatter Blast, and the Frost Blast Field Upgrade are expected to debut in the update. Fans of Wonder Weapons will also be excited to see the possible return of the Wunderwaffe DG-2, adding another legendary firearm to the game’s arsenal. On the enemy front, Treyarch confirmed that Amalgams and Abominations won’t be appearing, sparking speculation about new Elite enemies debuting in the Season 3 update.
