BMPS 2025 Announced by Krafton on BGIS 2025 Final Day 3, LAN to Take Place in Delhi

The second official event of the year, Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series (BMPS) 2025 was announced by Krafton India at the BGIS 2025 final Day 3. The competition will begin on May 22, 2025, and will have a prize pool of whopping Rs 2,00,00,000. The winners of the competition will take the lion's share of this life-changing prize pool. 

The competition will take place in New Delhi. All the details were announced by Krafton India’s CEO, Sean Hyunil Sohn.

BMPS 2025 Announced with Rs 2 Crore Prize pool

The third day of any Krafton event is known as the day of the announcement, and Krafton India’s CEO, Sean Hyunil Sohn embraced the stage and shed details about the next official event of the year. The competition will only have the best of the best players and teams in India competing.

Teams that have done extremely well in the first official event and have fared well in the 2024 edition of the official events will be seen playing at the BMPS 2025. Sean Hyunil Sohn said, "I am really excited to announce that we are going to have the realme BMPS 2025 from 22nd of May and the grand finale will be in another one of our beloved city, New Delhi."

Who Won BMPS 2024?

Last year's edition of Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series was won by Shadow-led Team XSpark. The team rose to the occasion on the second and third day of the event and won the competition after leaving behind teams like GodLike Esports. On the first day, the team was extremely weak and the fans knew this is the kind of gameplay the team is known to follow. 

They forged a comeback on the second day, eventually winning the competition on the third day. It will be interesting to see if this year, the team that wins BGIS 2025 would also win BMPS 2025.
