Brawl Stars Brawl Talk for April 2025 was released on April 19, and will be releasing multiple features, events and new brawlers in the game. After that update goes live, we will be able to see a new rarity in Brawl Stars.
Brawl Stars Brawl Talk for April 2025 was released on April 19, and will be releasing multiple features, events and new brawlers in the game. After this update goes live, you will be able to see new Hypercharges, a new 5v5 MOBA-lite mode will also get added to the update. Besides this, you will also be able to see skins, UI tweaks, and a giveaway.

Breakdown of Brawl Stars Brawl Talk April 2025
First thing first, the Brawl Stars new update will go live on April 22, 2025 and all the changes will be visible once all the changes are rolled out.
After that update goes live, we will be able to see a new rarity in Brawl Stars. Known as the Ultra Legendary, this class of Brawlers will sit above the existing Legendary rarity. Given below is a breakdown of the first Brawler that will get added to this rarity.
New Brawlers in Brawl Stars
Kaze is the first Ultra Legendary brawler to get added in the game. She will become a part of the game on May 1, 2025. She is one of the most unique Brawlers to get added to the game. Kaze has two forms: Geisha Form and Ninja Form. If you unlock one of the form, both will get unlocked in the game.
The next Brawler to get added in the game will be Jae-yong. He is an office worker who also works as a Karaoke singer. His two forms are able to heal the teammate and attack the opponents, respectively.
Katana Kingdom Event:
This will be a four-week long Japanese theme event, which will start on May 1, 2025. In this, you will be getting acquainted with new story, different game modes, cosmetics, and the "Wasabi Powers" system
When you play this event, you will be able to get your hands on the following:
- Sushi Rolls: It is a new currency that can be earned through quests, daily wins, and shop offers.
- Used to unlock Wasabi Powers. They will give the Brawlers a temporary buff and will be usable in specific "Wasabi Modifier" modes.
- You will be able to see 60 Wasabi Powers that are spread across four heat levels: Hot (20), Extra Hot (15), Crazy Hot (15), and Inferno (10).
- When you have earned enough Sushi Rolls to fill the "Sushi Meter," you will be unlocking rewards like skins, gadgets, Hypercharges, and an exclusive Oni Kenji Hypercharge Skin.
New Game Modes:
- Samurai Smash: 3v3 or 5v5 matches where teams earn points by defeating enemy players and hostile Samurai Bots on the field.
- Oni Hunt: A daily event where players team up to battle a Hypercharged Demon Kenji across five difficulty levels, earning Sushi Rolls for each stage completed over seven days.
- Brawl Arena (MOBA Mode): Launching in June 2025, this new mode is inspired by MOBAs and features:
- Power leveling during matches.
- Towers to defend and attack.
- Bot waves and a jungle area.
- A powerful neutral "Kaiju" boss that grants a team-wide buff when defeated.
- Matches are designed to last around 5 minutes.
