Brawl Stars Lumi Release Date, Early Access & How To Get Her

A strong new contender is set to rock the Brawl Stars universe. Lumi, a Mythic Brawler with fire and ice powers, is arriving in a big way. As part of the Madevil Manor Trio with Draco, she introduces a new fighting style that will reshape the battlefield landscape. Her amazing abilities and manipulation of movement in combat make her a welcome inclusion to the ranks. With the use of fire to deal damage over time or ice to control the battlefield, Lumi is going to change how players fight.

Release Date, Abilities and Combat Style 

 

 

Lumi will make her grand debut on March 27, 2025. Players will be able to unlock her through early access events before her release widely on Starr Road.

Lumi is a Marksman Brawler wielding morning stars. Her main attack allows her to throw one weapon at a time, with the third strike recalling both, damaging enemies in their path. Her Super, Blast Beat, unleashes three explosive ground slams, with the final impact stunning opponents temporarily. While stunned, enemies can still attack, but Lumi’s abilities demand strategic execution.

Star Powers and Gadgets:

 

 

• 42% Burnt: Lumi’s Super ignites the ground, dealing additional fire damage over time.
• Half-Time: Enemies hit by recalled morning stars are slowed briefly.

 

• Hit the Lights (Gadget): Empowers her morning stars with fire, dealing area damage.
• Grim and Frostbitten (Gadget): Generates freezing winds, making the ground slippery and affecting enemy movement.

How to Unlock Lumi and Early Access Details 

Players can gain early access to Lumi before she becomes available to all. During this period, she may be obtainable through special in-game events, offers, or challenges. After early access, Lumi will be added to Starr Road, where players can unlock her using credits earned through ranked matches. She may also be featured in a future Brawl Pass.

Ranked System Overhaul and Pro Pass Introduction 

Simultaneous with the launch of Lumi, Brawl Stars is retooling its ranked system by adding the Pro Pass. It is a four-month program with free and paid tracks. Players can earn Pro Pass XP for winning ranked matches, progressing to the next level, and viewing esports content. The free track has more rewarding items, and the last item in it is a Legendary Starr Drop.

Lumi adds an extra depth of strategy to Brawl Stars with her fight mode that employs fire and ice. Being made available in other ways, including early access, provides multiple ways for players to acquire her. The Pro Pass launch together with Lumi includes new content both for casual as well as competitive gamers.
