COD Black Ops 6 Zombies: How To Complete The Tomb Easter Egg Guide

If you love solving Zombies Easter eggs, then you’re in for a treat! The Tomb is the latest Black Ops 6 Zombies map, and just like Citadelle des Morts, Terminus, and Liberty Falls, it features an intricate main story Easter egg that leads to an epic final boss battle.

But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Follow this step-by-step guide to unlock the Sentinel Artifact, complete the statue challenges, and take down the final boss like a pro.

Step 1: Craft the Ice Staff

Before you do anything else, you must craft the Ice Staff. This powerful Wonder Weapon is essential for completing the Easter egg. If you don’t know how to build it yet, check out our Ice Staff crafting guide first.

 

 

Step 2: Upgrade the Ice Staff

Once you’ve got the Ice Staff, it’s time to upgrade it. Here’s how:

• Freeze three purple lanterns around the map in quick succession.
• Shoot down floating rocks in the Dark Aether that have a purple symbol on them.
• Memorize the symbols on the rocks.
• Look for a wall with matching symbols near a closed Dark Aether portal and shoot the correct ones.
• Head back into the Dark Aether and kill zombies near a purple orb to charge it up.
• Once the orb moves to the center of the area, the Ice Staff will be upgraded!

Step 3: Complete the Statue Challenges

Now it’s time to activate and complete three statue challenges—Vermin, Parasite, and Amalgam. Here’s what to do:

Vermin Statue Challenge

• Use the Ice Staff revive shot on the crystal located on the Vermin statue in the Dark Aether.
• Head to the spawn area and shoot the Vermin statue with the revive shot.
• Complete a lockdown challenge and fill the purple orb with souls.
• Interact with the statue, return to the Dark Aether, and deposit the orb back into the Vermin statue.

Parasite Statue Challenge

• Found near the Stamin-Up Perk-a-Cola.
• Repeat the same process: activate it, survive the lockdown, fill the orb with souls, and deposit it back in the Dark Aether.

Amalgam Statue Challenge

• Found near the Quick Revive Perk-a-Cola.
• Same steps as before—activate, lockdown, soul collection, deposit back in the Dark Aether.

Step 4: Battle the Final Boss

Once you complete all three statue challenges, a bridge will appear, leading to the final boss fight in the Dark Aether.

Boss Fight Tips:

• Use Pack-a-Punched Tier 3 and Legendary Gold Weapons for maximum damage.
• Wonder Weapons won’t work, so don’t rely on them.
• Make sure you’re stocked up on armor, ammo, and perks before heading in.
