COD Black Ops 6 Zombies: Mansion Map Teaser & Season 3 Release Date

Treyarch Studios has dropped an exciting teaser for the next Zombies map coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. This will be the fifth round-based survival map, following The Tomb, which launched in Season 2.

For longtime fans, Zombies mode has always been a signature feature of Treyarch’s games, setting the Black Ops series apart from other Call of Duty titles. With the return of round-based survival, the developers are going all-in, promising new and unique maps to keep players on their toes. Now, it looks like the next addition is right around the corner.

A First Look at the Mansion Map

In a recent social media post, Treyarch revealed a teaser for the Mansion Zombies map. The short clip shows a burning, battle-damaged mansion, with wrecked vehicles and thick smoke filling the air. While the teaser doesn’t give too much away, it does confirm that Amalgams and Abominations won’t be in this map, according to a developer’s comment on Instagram.

That means players might face Manglers or an entirely new Elite enemy instead.

 

 

When Will the New Zombies Map Drop?

According to well-known Call of Duty leaker TheGhostOfHope, the Mansion Zombies map is expected to launch with Black Ops 6 Season 3 on April 3, 2025. Treyarch hasn’t officially confirmed the date, but this timeline lines up with previous seasons and leaks.

The teaser also hints at some story connections to past maps. The mansion itself was previously seen in the intro cutscene for Liberty Falls, sitting just behind the church. Based on leaks and in-game lore, this new map will reportedly take place in February 1991, just before the events of Terminus and Liberty Falls.

While Treyarch hasn’t revealed full details, leaks suggest some classic Zombies features may be making a return.
