College Football 26 Early Access Begins Soon : Pre-Order Now for Exclusive Content

So, EA Sports is finally going to release College Football 26, and fans have been waiting for it forever, it feels. The release date is July 10, but you don’t have to wait that long if you want to play soon. People who get the Deluxe Edition or the MVP Bundle can start playing early, from July 7.

College Football 26 Early Access Modes and Stuff They Added

There are lots of different modes this time. Some of them are old ones but improved, and also there are new things added too.

• Dynasty Mode is where you can take control of a school’s football team and be in charge of all the stuff like coaching and recruiting and trying to win championships.

• Then there’s Road to Glory, which is more like a story of a player. You get to live the student-athlete life and maybe even win the Heisman, but also there’s the balance between studies and games.

• Ultimate Team, you probably know it, lets you create teams out of top players and compete.

• Another one, Road to the College Football Playoff, is about working your way into the rankings and getting into the championship.

Also a cool thing—they added real-life coaches, like Steve Sarkisian from Texas and others, so that’s going to feel more real in the game.

College Football 26 Early Access Pre Order and Edition Details

EA is offering three versions.

• Standard Edition ($69.99): This is just the base game but with some bonuses for preordering, like a few packs and a special uniform item.

• Deluxe Edition ($99.99): You get 3 days early access, plus more packs and extra in-game points. It’s good if you want a head start.

• MVP Bundle ($149.99): Includes Deluxe editions of College Football 26 and also Madden 26, which is kind of nice for people who play both.

To some, the early access is the main reason to get the Deluxe, honestly.

Who’s on the Cover and Why It Matters

This year, DJ Lagway is on the cover of the Deluxe version. He’s from Florida now, but before he played at Willis High School. Other athletes there include Klubnik from Clemson and Nussmeier from LSU.

Also, Virginia Tech fans were excited because in the trailer their team comes out onto the field with Enter Sandman playing. It gave people chills.

So, College Football 26 only comes out for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, so if you still got an old console, it’s not going to work for those. Preorders are open now. If you want early access, you’ll be playing on July 7, otherwise just wait until July 10. Either way, this is probably the biggest college football game release in a really long time.
