Dan Da Dan Season 2 Sets Premiere Date With Exciting New Trailer

Fans of Dan Da Dan have something to cheer about because the anime’s second season is coming on July 3, 2025. After the first season became a big hit in 2024, Momo and Okarun’s wild supernatural adventures are finally back.

Based on the manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, Dan Da Dan follows a psychic girl and her classmate who is obsessed with aliens. Their unexpected friendship leads to crazy battles against spirits, aliens, and other weird creatures. With colorful animation by Science SARU and a growing fanbase, the anime became a big hit and even got a perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Dan Da Dan Season 2 Returning Staff

Dan Da Dan is still directed by Fuga Yamashiro, with Abel Gongora, who worked on the first season’s opening, now joining as co-director. The same team is back too, with Hiroshi Seko writing the story, Naoyuki Onda doing the character designs, and Kensuke Ushio making the music. With everyone returning, fans can expect the same heart and energy that made Season 1 so great.
