Free Fire MAX is an enhanced version of the popular mobile Battle Royale game, Free Fire, developed by Garena. Designed for players who seek a more immersive experience, Free Fire MAX offers improved graphics, smoother animations, and enhanced visual effects while maintaining the core gameplay mechanics of the original. Players engage in fast-paced 10-minute matches on a deserted island, battling against up to 50 players to be the last one standing. The game supports cross-play with the standard Free Fire version, allowing players on both platforms to team up seamlessly. Recently Garena has dropped a new update of the game titled Free Fire OB46. Free Fire MAX OB46 Features
New Character: Lila
Lila is a new character who has a passive skill called Gloo Strike which can slow down both vehicles and enemies when hit by rifles. Further, when she is at least one of them is knocked down she will receive an additional Gloo Wall and freeze all her rivals for some seconds.
Gloo Wall Buffs
Additionally, there a Time-Limited Gloo Wall Buffs like Wrecking Gadget, Defender Gadget as well and Lavish Gadget which are included in this update. These buffs increase damage dealt to Gloo Walls by extra bullets and automatically release them if knocked down while they are also capable of deploying Gloo Walls with needed supplies.

Examining introduction
The Clash Squad mode has gone through several modifications in terms of earning CS cash for the first knockdown of each enemy during the round, having outlines over enemies to make it easier to identify a target and getting new MVP effects in the purchase phase of the next round.
Character adjustments:
The update has altered skills for Xayne, Luqueta and Andrew “The Fierce” as well as adjusted those for other characters.
Weapon updates
The update has brought some changes to melee weapons including charged attack for scythes; woodpecker, Trocon and XMB are also adjusted concerning their balance. Several weapons have received balance changes. AC80, M4A1 and SVD-Y among others, are being reworked while Vector, AK47 and M249 are receiving buffs. These adjustments aim to make sure the in-game combat feels better. For instance, Woodpecker, Trogon and XM8 will be nerfed whereas there are firearms like M870 which would not change at all.

Players can now acquire pets through gold which is free currency inside this game.
