Honkai Star Rail 3.0 Downtime Details: Global Maintenance Timings & Compensation

The much-awaited update for Honkai Star Rail, Version 3.0, will come shortly, but players will have to suffer some downtime first. The interruption of the service is scheduled for January 15, 2025, and will take about five hours. During this period, players are expected not to be able to log in to the game. However, to make amends for the lost time, HoYoverse also has announced agem of Stellar Jade as compensation during the downtime.

Maintenance Schedule and Downtime Duration Across Regions

Maintenance will start on January 15, 2025, at 6 am UTC+8 and is expected to finish at 11 am UTC+8 on the date the Patch 3.0 will be launched. Above all, players should ensure themselves to prepare for the downtime with the flawless maintenance schedule provided by HoYoverse for the different regions.

America (January 14, 2025)

• PST: 2 pm to 7 pm

• MST: 3 pm to 8 pm

• CST: 4 pm to 9 pm

• EST: 5 pm to 10 pm

Europe (January 14-15, 2025)

• WET: 10 pm to 3 am

• CET: 11 pm to 4 am

• EET: 12 am to 5 am

Asia (January 15, 2025)

• IST: 3:30 am to 8:30 am

• CST: 6 am to 11 am

• JST: 7 am to 12 pm

• PHT: 6 am to 11 am

• KST: 7 am to 12 pm

Compensation for Server Downtime

In response to the extended downtime, HoYoverse will compensate eligible players with 600 Stellar Jade. The compensation will be distributed via the in-game mail system. However, only players who have reached Trailblaze Level 4 before the maintenance begins will be eligible to claim the compensation.
