Discover all confirmed ascension and trace materials for Hysilens in Honkai Star Rail 3.5. Start pre-farming now to level her up on day one!
The new five-star character that HoYoverse planned to present in their drip marketing situation is called Hysilens and was first introduced back in June 17, 2025. She will be Physical-type and the Nihility path, and that is not surprising regarding the role that she will occupy. Judging by her appearance, she is available in Amphoreus as a Knight Commander, or something, has a relationship with Styxia, and this group is called the Chrysos Heirs.
In any case, players are likely to have her in the first half of Version 3.5, probably even near the day of August 12 or perhaps 13, depending upon the update patterns of the HoYoverse, which are typically 6-week intervals.
Honkai Star Rail Hysilens Material Guide
If you're planning on leveling Hysilens up (and why wouldn't you?), you're gonna need a bunch of things. According to what’s out there right now, these are what you’ll be farming:
- Invasive Clot ×65
- Fear-Stomped Flesh ×15
- Courage-Torn Chest ×15
- Glory-Aspersed Torso ×15
- Credits, about 308,000
Those Invasive Clots are dropped by the Corroded Daemon enemy, which you can find in the Shape of Deepsheaf domain, Styxia. As for the other items, Flesh, Chest, and the Torso bits, you’ll find them by beating TitanKin. They pop up in Divergent Universe maps and sometimes in Simulated Universes, too.
Stuff for Upgrading Her Traces
If you want to fully trace her abilities (which you should), here’s what you need:
- Credits ×3,000,000
- Daythunder Anamnesis ×12
- Tracks of Destiny ×8
- Fear-Stomped Flesh ×41
- Courage-Torn Chest ×56
- Glory-Aspersed Torso ×58
- Fiery Spirit ×18
- Starfire Essence ×69
- Heaven Incinerator ×139
So the Daythunder Anamnesis comes from that Echo of War weekly boss fight, Glance of Twilight, it’s called. But you can only beat that boss for rewards three times per week, which makes it a bit annoying. Fiery Spirit and the rest of those fiery materials come from Bud of Nihility (Crimson Calyx domain), or you could just use the Omni-Synthesizer to make them, but not for all of them. You can’t synthesize the boss mats or Tracks of Destiny, unfortunately.
If you want to be ready when her banner drops, it’s just smart to have stuff ready. The boss fights are limited weekly, and you can’t farm them infinitely. Also, credits are expensive, and the trace materials are kinda grindy. If you gather the easier stuff now, it’ll save you a lot of time. Plus, having things ready helps make sure she’s fully built and playable right away, not stuck at level 50 while you wait for another boss drop.
All of this info is pretty reliable, most sites agree on what’s needed, and it lines up with other past characters. If you’re even remotely interested in Hysilens, it’s a good idea to start collecting these things already. That way, you’ll be good to go when she finally arrives in version 3.5.
