On June 6, 2025, Honkai: Star Rail players across multiple servers ran into problems early morning after a issue showed up from the cloud service provider. As per the game team, the problem happened around 2:57 AM (UTC+8) and caused players to be unable to login or experience late arrival of top-up items. These troubles has been fixed now.
Service Issues Briefly Interrupted Access
Some players were reporting that they couldn’t get into the game or were waiting longer than usual for their purchased items to appear. After checking, the developers found that it was a issue with their cloud service provider. Thankfully, the technical problems were resolved and everything is back to working normally.
If any players still can’t login even after the fix, the developers suggested few steps to try. For example, restarting the game or changing your network may help. They also mentioned turning on airplane mode and then off before attempting to reconnect.
Stellar Jade Given As Compensation
To make up for the troubles, the team is giving compensation in form of in-game currency. All players who qualify will be receiving 120 Stellar Jade.
