Marvel Rivals Leak: Deadpool, New Maps, and More Coming Soon?

A major leak has revealed that Marvel Rivals may soon introduce Deadpool, MODOK, and Hit-Monkey as playable heroes. Voice lines found in the game files suggest that the developers have already recorded interactions involving these characters, hinting at their potential arrival.

Deadpool’s Leaked Voice Lines and Speculated Role

A voice exchange between Deadpool and Spider-Man was found in which Spider-Man refers to Deadpool as a "loose cannon," with a break for Deadpool's reply. Although the voice actor is still unknown, many speculate Nolan North, who had voiced Deadpool before in games and already voices Rocket Raccoon in Marvel Rivals, to do the role.

No official ability or role has been announced for Deadpool. Some think he will be a duelist, while others think he might be a Vanguard because of his regenerative powers. With his fourth-wall-breaker personality, he can be inserted at any moment without the need for a significant storyline introduction.

MODOK has also appeared in leaked voice lines, with Rocket Raccoon and Captain America commenting on his oversized head. Concerns about his hitbox have been raised, as his floating head could make him an easy target. Some suggest that his jewel should serve as the primary weak point.

Hit-Monkey’s presence in the game files confirms another potential addition. Unlike other characters, he does not have traditional voice lines, with only the Punisher acknowledging his presence. Leaked abilities such as Gun shooting, endless rage, and fear hunting suggest a high-mobility duelist wielding dual pistols and melee attacks.

New Maps Teased in Voice Lines

The leaks also suggest two new maps. One is Collector's Theme Park, mentioned in a voice line of Mantis when she says she freed individuals trapped there. Little is known about the map, but it may be a new battleground.

Another location, Krakoa, is heavily teased, with multiple characters mentioning its significance. Magneto warns of an impending war, which could be linked to Doctor Doom’s plans for the Hellfire Gala. Based on these voice lines, Krakoa is expected to arrive in Season 2.

While these leaks strongly suggest new heroes and maps, their release timelines remain uncertain. Since developers record voice lines well in advance, these additions may not arrive until after Season 4. Until an official announcement, players can only speculate on how these characters and locations will shape the game’s future.
