Marvel Rivals Shifts to Two-Month Season Format: A New Era for the Game

Marvel Rival's creative director, GuangGuang, has announced a major alteration to its season format. From Season 3, the game will feature a two-month season format, a change that promises to bring fresh new content and keep players active at all times. The news was made public during Dev Vision Vol. 05, in which GuangGuang detailed the rationale for the change and what the future holds.

Rather than the former system, where seasons were longer, the game will be following a shorter two-month schedule. This is to help preserve the momentum of the game and keep players always looking forward to something new.

In the Dev Vision Vol. 05 update, GuangGuang described that shortening the length of every season is intended to build a feeling of urgency and enthusiasm. With seasons being kept short, players will stay more engaged, always anticipating the upcoming update.
