MPL ID Season 15: Teams, Format, Prize Pool, and Key Details

The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Indonesia (MPL ID) Season 15 is set to commence in March 2025. As one of the most prestigious tournaments in Southeast Asia, the event will bring together Indonesia’s top-tier teams in an intense battle for dominance. Organized by MOONTON, the offline tournament will not only showcase elite-level gameplay but also offer fans an electrifying esports experience.

Schedule and Format

MPL ID Season 15 will officially start on March 7, 2025, and continue through June. The tournament will be divided into two main stages, maintaining a structure similar to previous seasons.

The regular season will start from the opening day and will be completed on the 25th of May 2025. It shall be played using a Best-of-Three (BO3) double round-robin system with each team scheduled to play the other teams twice. A match win will have a team collecting one point, while losses will have no effect on their points standing. The first six teams placed after this round will proceed into the playoffs.

Information regarding the playoff phase is still to be revealed. Nevertheless, from past MPL ID seasons, the playoffs will probably have a double-elimination bracket with higher seeds getting some benefits. More information will be provided regarding the format, match schedule, and prize distribution.

Participating Teams

Nine teams will compete in MPL ID Season 15, all of whom are official MOONTON partners. These teams, known for their high-level performances in previous tournaments, will compete for both the championship title and qualification for the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2025. The participating teams are:

The top two teams of MPL ID Season 15 will secure direct qualification to MSC 2025, where they will represent Indonesia on an international stage.

Prize Pool

MOONTON has not yet announced the official prize pool for MPL ID Season 15. Past seasons have had significant prize money, and it is one of the most lucrative esports tournaments in the area. The complete prize breakdown should be released soon.
