Season 15 of Overwatch 2 has already made a huge impact, bringing back loot boxes after years and introducing the Perks system, which has completely reshaped gameplay for many heroes. The mid-season update for Season 15 is set to go live on Tuesday, March 18, 2025—exactly four weeks after the season’s launch.

This update will also bring the latest LE SSERAFIM collaboration, with new skins launching on the same day.

 

 

LE SSERAFIM Collab: Five New Skins Coming

Following its first K-pop collaboration, Overwatch 2 is once again teaming up with LE SSERAFIM, bringing a new set of skins inspired by their latest album, HOT.

Characters Receiving LE SSERAFIM Skins:

• Juno
• Illari
• D.Va
• Mercy
• Ashe

These skins will be available in the store, alongside new Blue Flame variants of the original LE SSERAFIM skins from late 2024.

Perk System Adjustments

The new Perks system, introduced in Season 15, has been a game-changer—but some Perks have quickly become must-picks, creating balancing issues.

Blizzard has confirmed that the mid-season update will focus on balancing these Perks before new ones are added in Season 16.

• Bastion’s self-heal is getting a resource meter.
  • Before the update, Bastion could heal indefinitely, making him difficult to take down unless an entire team focused on him.
  • After the patch, his healing will be limited and will recharge over time, similar to Roadhog’s ability.
