  • June 15, 2025 (UPDATED: June 15, 2025 03:35 IST)

PMSL CSA Spring 2025 kicks off in Kazakhstan as teams fight for PMWC qualification spots.

PUBG Mobile Super League (PMSL) CSA Spring 2025 has now kicked off in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where top teams from Central and South Asia come together for a chance to prove their worth. This competition is not just any regular tournament; it’s the main road for qualifying for the PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2025, which will be part of this year’s Esports World Cup. Things are already getting heated from day one, as teams are now putting everything on the line for the few precious slots.

Schedule, Stages and Format Confused Some

From June 12 to June 22, 2025, the event will happen in multiple rounds before it goes to the finals. It started with the Group Stage, which is two sections – the first was the Calibration Round on June 12 and 13, where all 20 teams were randomly made into 5 groups. Each group is playing 8 out of the total 10 matches.

After that is the Survival Stage, beginning from June 14 and will keep going till June 18th. Now the groups are reshuffled based on Round 1 ranks. In this stage, 30 matches will happen, and each group will play 24 games. Teams are awarded Head Start Points (based on how well they did), and only the top 16 will move to the finals.

Grand Finals will be played from June 20 to 22, a total of 18 matches. On Day 3, the Smash Rule will also apply, which makes things very hard.

PMWC Spots at Stake for the Top 3

The best three teams from this Spring 2025 PMSL will be getting a direct ticket for PMWC 2025, which is a big opportunity. The competition is very tough, and just one small mistake can push teams out of the top zone. The PMWC will be part of the Esports World Cup (EWC), which makes this stage more valuable.

There are 20 teams, 6 are directly invited, while the rest came from qualifiers. Big names include:

Prize Money & Where You Can Watch

The prize pool is $200,000, but right now, no information is given on how they divide it. Organisers KRAFTON, NODWIN Gaming, and Level Infinite are handling the event together. Matches are happening in offline locations, but all fans can watch live action on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and other PUBG Mobile platforms.

With just a few days remaining to find out who makes it to PMWC, the hype is growing more and more. Teams now must bring out their best play if they want to go all the way.
