Revenant XSpark wins VCSA 2025 Split 2 LAN Finals; Moner named MVP; next stop: Split 3.

Revenant XSpark emerged as the champions of the OMEN VALORANT Challengers South Asia (VCSA) 2025 Split 2, wrapping up an intense LAN finale at Phoenix Marketcity, Mumbai. The win not only granted them ₹1.2 lakh in prize money but also added 105 Challenger Points to their tally—boosting their prospects for the upcoming VCT Ascension Pacific 2025.

The VCSA, a collaborative initiative between Riot Games and NODWIN Gaming with OMEN by HP as the title sponsor, brought together top-tier VALORANT rosters from across South Asia for Split 2. Over two days of high-stakes competition, Revenant XSpark outplayed Reckoning Esports in the grand final, establishing themselves as one of the region’s premier teams.

MVP Shines Amid the Battle

While the trophy went to Revenant XSpark, it was Reckoning Esports’ Kirill “Moner” Matsanov who stole the spotlight with a remarkable performance. With 258 kills throughout the weekend and multiple clutch plays, Moner was recognized as the Most Valuable Player of Split 2, underlining his individual dominance even as his team finished second.

Showmatches Bring Community to the Fore

Beyond the primary competition, fans were treated to two high-energy exhibition matches that added a festive dimension to the LAN event.

Day 1 featured Team Dan vs Team Bruno, a creator clash blending content influencers and winners from 1v1 booth battles. The matchup celebrated the convergence of community talent and esports entertainment.

Day 2 spotlighted the OMEN Showmatch, where VALORANT influencers, veteran players, and community icons came together for a collaborative showcase of skill and fan engagement.

These matches amplified the spirit of inclusion and highlighted the role of creators in strengthening South Asia’s VALORANT ecosystem.

Team Response and Fan Impact

Sabyasachi “antidote” Bose, in-game leader of Revenant XSpark, expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support at the venue:

“Playing and winning in front of such an enthusiastic crowd in Mumbai is something we’ll always cherish. This LAN was tough, but it fueled our momentum. We’re now laser-focused on making it to Ascension.”

Fan enthusiasm wasn’t just confined to the arena. Viewership during the finals crossed 4 million total views, with over 18,000 peak concurrent viewers and more than 40 creator-led watch parties streaming the event across platforms like YouTube and Facebook. On-site, fans engaged with exclusive merchandise, meet-and-greets, and giveaways, making the event a hybrid celebration of esports and community.

VCSA Split 3 and Beyond

With Split 2 concluded, the focus now shifts to VCSA 2025 Split 3—the final leg before qualification for the VCT Ascension Pacific. As teams scramble to gather the last of the Challenger Points, the competition is expected to intensify, with only the top-performing squads earning the coveted chance to represent South Asia on the international stage.
