Shiva Nandy Responds to Allegation by Ex-Skyesports Employee

After the allegations put on the upper management of Skyesports, their founder, Shiva Nandy has filed his response. In his reply to the allegations, he gave point by point reply to the female employee and said that, "The last 48 hours have been tough and unforgettable for me and my team. Social media has  subjected us to a trial, and we have been judged based on unfounded and malicious claims."

In his reply he talked about the other women employees, as well, and talked about their work ethics and their unprofessional behaviour at workplace. Here is a breakdown of what he said:

Nandy refuted Jollies' allegation, laying it to a logistics issue of sharing the room, and he moved to another room. He did not have an affair and called his encounter with Jollies for a drink as being consensual, and all for career discussion. He admitted in hindsight that a public location would have been better. In regards to the reported improper touching, Nandy stated he provided a comforting shoulder and perhaps a head pat in comforting distressed Jollies, treating her as a sister. He stated the incident prompted POSH seminars.

A part of his response read, "I agree that Skyesports is not the most formal place to work, we are not what the world would  consider as a organised place to work, we have tried to make our work culture as relaxed as we can,  as in the esports industry there are times that it can get very stressful and a stressing office place is  the last thing we expect our employees to want."

Nandy also provided records regarding Jollies' performance and Sadhak's behavior, noting he does not aim to defame anyone and views the allegations as an experience.
