Stellar Blade x Nikke crossover details to be revealed in June 7 livestream by Shift Up.

South Korean studio Shift Up has confirmed a dedicated livestream set for June 7, focused on its much-anticipated crossover between Stellar Blade and Goddess of Victory: Nikke. The event, co-hosted with Nikke publisher Level Infinite, aims to shed light on new features coming to both games as part of their collaborative event—months after the initial crossover announcement in late 2024.

Scheduled to begin at 6 AM EDT / 12 PM CET, the stream will broadcast via the official Goddess of Victory: Nikke YouTube channel. According to Level Infinite, viewers can expect first glimpses at incoming Stellar Blade characters, narrative content, and event-specific challenges being incorporated into Nikke.

Shift Up’s Expansion Into Multi-Platform Storytelling

Stellar Blade marked Shift Up's transition into the console gaming market after establishing itself in the mobile space. Prior to its console debut, the studio gained recognition for Goddess of Victory: Nikke, a third-person action RPG praised for its engaging combat and generous gacha mechanics, especially its widely lauded pity system.

The crossover, initially announced in December 2024, will unite the aesthetics and gameplay elements of both titles. However, concrete details have remained sparse until now. This upcoming livestream is expected to be the first comprehensive presentation outlining the extent of the collaboration.

Additional Content and PC Release Coming June 11

Beyond the livestream, June 11 is shaping up to be another significant milestone for Stellar Blade. That day will mark the release of both a new downloadable content (DLC) pack inspired by Goddess of Victory: Nikke and the launch of Stellar Blade: Complete Edition for PC. The latter will end the title's 13-month exclusivity on PlayStation 5, offering a broader player base access to Shift Up’s debut console entry.

The forthcoming DLC, reminiscent of the game’s earlier NieR: Automata content pack, is anticipated to be a premium offering. While pricing has yet to be finalized, industry expectations point toward a $9.99 price point based on previous content rollouts.

Crossover Content: Mini-Game and Boss Battle Teased

Though Shift Up has not disclosed the full scope of the DLC, early insights hint at a new mini-game fashioned in the style of Nikke’s gacha mechanics. Additionally, players can look forward to a new boss encounter featuring Scarlet, a fan-favorite character from Nikke. Defeating her will unlock her in-game outfit, adding a collectible incentive to the new gameplay.

More specific details, including whether this content will affect core gameplay or remain limited to themed side missions, are expected to be addressed during the livestream. With Shift Up’s growing ambition to link its mobile and console projects under shared narratives and aesthetics, the June 7 broadcast may provide key insights into the studio’s evolving creative direction.

How to Watch the Livestream

Fans interested in tuning into the event can do so on the Goddess of Victory: Nikke official YouTube channel. While a runtime hasn’t been announced—consistent with Level Infinite’s usual streaming approach—the presentation is expected to include live commentary and developer insights.

This event marks the next major step in Shift Up's post-launch support for Stellar Blade, as the developer looks to blend its two flagship titles in a way that appeals to fans of both the console and mobile formats.
